This is a business to business information site aimed at operators, aggregators and publishers. It does not offer gambling, does not accept wagers, does not hold player funds and does not allow account registration.

Humble Swede Gaming develops game concepts for licensed operators. We do not operate games or accept wagers.

The playable prototypes are demonstrations of game mechanics and mathematics. They use play money credits with no monetary value, no purchase is possible and nothing can be won or lost. Balances reset when the page is reloaded.

Prototypes are pre certification. They do not use a certified random number generator and are not intended for use in any regulated market in their current form.

All content on this site, including game concepts, names, artwork, copy, mathematics documentation and prototype code, belongs to Blixtconsulting AB unless stated otherwise. It is provided for evaluation purposes only. Copying, redistributing or reusing it in a commercial product without a written agreement is not permitted.

Figures such as target RTP, house edge and volatility describe the documented mathematical model of each concept and are supported by simulation. They describe long run theoretical behaviour, not the outcome of any individual session or of a future certified production build.

The site and the prototypes are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Blixtconsulting AB is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or the prototypes. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Commercial terms for any licensing, revenue share or distribution arrangement are set out in a separate written agreement and are not created by this site.

Website descriptions, demonstrations and evaluation materials are not legal, regulatory, financial or operational advice. They do not guarantee certification, regulatory approval, commercial results or suitability for a particular production environment. Product status and limitations must be assessed for the specific version being evaluated.

Do not use evaluation prototypes to accept real money wagers or manage player funds. Production deployment requires a separate agreement defining the deliverables, validation, integration, security, certification and operational responsibilities of each party.

Before relying on a product or mathematical specification in a live environment, the customer must arrange the independent review and testing required for that environment. This does not remove obligations that we expressly accept in a signed agreement or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Humble Swede Gaming is a trading name of Blixtconsulting AB. Commercial products and services are supplied by the company, not personally by its directors, employees or representatives. This does not exclude any personal liability imposed by mandatory law.

A commercial order must identify the applicable terms and their version, the product and permitted use, fees, acceptance criteria, support and the agreed allocation and limits of liability. Those terms must be expressly accepted by an authorised representative of the customer before commercial supply.

Browsing this site, playing a demo or sending an enquiry is not recorded acceptance of a commercial customer agreement. A website notice alone does not establish an agreed commercial liability cap.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are to be settled by the Swedish general courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
