Humble Swede Gaming

Humble name. Serious math.

An independent Swedish game studio building crash games, arcade iGaming and original slot concepts, with verified game mathematics from day one.

We license original concepts to publishers, who take production, certification and distribution. Three verified arcade concepts, each built on a different mathematical model, are playable in the browser right now.

Featured concept

Bank Heist: Getaway

Crash mechanics meet a getaway-car chase.

The multiplier climbs in real time as a getaway car outruns the police. The player must cash out before the car is caught. Deliberately differentiated from the aviation and space themes that dominate the crash category today.

  • Continuous crash distribution, no fixed round grid.
  • Cash out at any point; the decision is the game.
  • Rounds run 2 to 20 seconds, built for high session frequency.

Second concept

Vault Cracker

Combinatorial risk, one vault door at a time.

The player opens compartments in a vault grid and chooses how many silent alarms are hidden before the round starts. Risk level and stopping point are both in the player's hands.

  • Survival across k openings follows a hypergeometric distribution, the same draw-without-replacement math as a lottery.
  • The multiplier is set to 0.96 divided by that survival probability.
  • RTP therefore lands on exactly 96% at every risk level and under every stopping strategy.
  • Verified with 500,000 simulated rounds per alarm and opening combination.

Third concept

Escape Route

Twelve junctions. The player sets the odds at every one.

The player is driving away from the scene and hits a junction. Two choices: the Safe street, three roads with one blocked by police paying x1.5, or the Risky alley, two roads with one blocked paying x2.0. Clear the junction and the multiplier compounds, and the player can cash out between any two junctions, up to a maximum of twelve.

  • Both buttons display the exact cash-out value the player would hold if that route holds. No hidden state, no bonus layer.
  • One title spans the full volatility range: all-Safe pays 124x once in 130 rounds, all-Risky pays 3,932x once in 4,096.
  • House edge is constant across every strategy, so player choices move variance only, never RTP.
  • A decision every 2 to 3 seconds, and a third distinct math model alongside hypergeometric and crash.

What you license

Each concept is handed over as a complete package, ready for a publisher to take into production and certification.

  • Full math specification

Probability model, RTP derivation and Monte Carlo results in the format a certification lab expects.

  • Playable HTML5 front-end

Working browser client, portrait first, with all randomness behind a single RNG interface ready to be pointed at a certified server side RNG.

  • UI assets and integration spec

Source assets plus the RNG and RGS interface documentation needed to wire the title into your stack.

  • Concept and design documentation

Theme, mechanic and feature design written down, so your team can extend the title without reverse engineering it.

Verified mathematics

Every concept ships with a documented math model, verified by Monte Carlo simulation before it is ever pitched.

  1. 01

    Documented target RTP

Target RTP is defined and documented per title, not tuned after the fact.

  2. 02

    2M+ simulated rounds

Verified across more than two million simulated rounds, with deviation under 0.5 percentage points.

  3. 03

    Strategy independent

RTP holds independent of player cash-out strategy.

Concepts are pre-certification. Production for licensed markets requires certified RNG and RGS integration.

Integration

The prototypes are client side demos with a local play money balance, not production clients. The points below describe how they are built today and what an integration would involve.

Single RNG interface

All randomness in each prototype runs through one RNG interface, so the demo generator can be replaced with a certified server side RNG without touching game logic.

HTML5, portrait first

Pure browser client, no plugins, no build step. Designed for portrait mobile first, scaling up to tablet and desktop.

Designed for RGS integration

The prototype keeps balance and round state locally. Moving to production means routing bet, cash out and settlement through your RGS and wallet, with the client kept as the presentation layer.

Documented math model

Each title ships with the probability model, RTP derivation and simulation results, in the format a certification lab expects.

In development

A fourth concept is in mathematical specification. Available to discuss under NDA.

About

Humble Swede Gaming is an independent studio based in Sweden, focused on original concepts in crash and arcade iGaming. Every title starts from the math model, and the playable prototype comes before the pitch.

We work with publishers who take production, certification and distribution, and who want differentiated content rather than another reskin. What we bring is the concept, the mathematics and a working client we can adapt to your RGS and wallet.

Who is behind it

A small Swedish game team built around design, mathematics and front-end development. Founded by an independent Swedish game designer and developer, the studio keeps design, math modelling, Monte Carlo simulation and client implementation in-house, so the path from idea to playable prototype stays short.
